1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Yashashvi Advertising website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services & Custom Signage

Yashashvi Advertising is Indore's leading service provider for custom signage fabrication, branding, and high-quality flex board printing. We specialize in the conceptualization, design, fabrication, and installation of advertising materials. Our core services include premium flex printing, custom outdoor banners, glow sign boards, 3D acrylic letters, shop banners, custom poster printing, commercial LED display boards, and high-visibility highway safety signage in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. All project work is subject to separate client-approved written agreements.

3. Scope of Signage, Flex Printing & Posters

Our custom visual communication solutions cover a wide range of promotional products and custom boards in Indore, including:

• Flex Printing & Flex Banners: Top-tier frontlit and backlit flex boards, star flex, heavy-duty vinyl banner printing, and outdoor advertisement flex.
• Illuminated Glow Boards & LED Displays: Custom glow sign boards, neon light signs, 3D acrylic letters, metal letters, and digital LED boards.
• Advertising Posters & Hoardings: Premium quality gloss/matte posters, shop poster boards, large-format road hoardings, and promotional banners.
• Radium Sign Boards: High-visibility retroreflective highway radium signages, delineators, and traffic signs.

4. Quotations & Pricing

All promotional signage and flex printing quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices for custom boards, poster designs, and banner printing are calculated based on raw material costs, size, specs, and complexity.

5. Payment Terms

Standard terms require a 50% advance deposit before any flex printing, banner designing, or board fabrication work commences. The remaining balance is payable upon complete installation of your custom boards, posters, or LED displays.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom graphic layouts, poster drafts, flex banner designs, and creative billboard concepts produced by Yashashvi Advertising Indore remain our sole intellectual property until full invoice settlement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Yashashvi Advertising shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the installation of custom sign boards, flex banners, posters, or LED boards.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising from signage or flex printing services shall be resolved in the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms to incorporate new guidelines for advertising media, banners, and digital display boards.
